Therapy Center Reception / Office Assistant Post – 1  (Female)

Timing: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Academic Qualification: Graduate

Required Skills:

  • Working Knowledge of Windows and MS Office

Details of Job:

  • Handling of Therapy Reception.
  • Guiding the In house Guest about their Daily Schedule and Therapies.
  • Managing Guests Consultation with Doctors and other appointments.
  • Guiding new arrivals about Their schedule and other activities and facilities.
  • Coordination of the Guest and therapist for therapy sessions.

Salary: Rs. 8000 – 10000 + Food and Sharing Accommodation (salary negotiable based on expertise and experience)

Front Office Assistant Post – 1 (Female)

Timing: 9 hours (Shift Duty)

Academic Qualification: Graduate

Required Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills,

  • Working Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
  • Working Knowledge of Windows and MS Office
  • Attractive and Gentle Gestures.

  • Handling of Front Office Reception.
  • Guiding the In-house Guest about their Daily Schedule and other facilities.
  • Managing guests Accommodation and other services.
  • Managing Arrivals and Departures.
  • Guiding new arrivals about their rooms and other Utilities.
  • Handling Guests Inquiry Calls/Mails.
  • Assisting senior staff for Booking, Arrival and Departure.

Salary: Rs. 8000 – 10000 + Food and Sharing Accommodation (salary negotiable based on expertise and experience)

HR Executive Post – 1 (Male/Female)  Timing: 8:00am to 6:00pm

Academic Qualification: Degree in HR/Business Administration

Required Skills:

  • Working Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati and English.
  • Working Knowledge of Windows and MS Office and other HR software
  • Attractive and Gentle Gestures.

  • Handling Recruitments, appointments, Job Description and other documentation.
  • Maintaining Attendance, Leave and Salary Records.
  • Managing CTC and Organogram.
  • Managing Job Descriptions and other documentation.
  • Managing Staff accommodation and its allotment.
  • Managing/Checking Staff Food quality and quantity.
  • Managing Staff performance records, issuing warning letters and appreciation.
  • Managing arranging Group Activities/Recreation for staff.
  • Induction of new Employee.
  • Opening Bank accounts for new employees.
  • Other clerical work assigned by HOD.

Salary: Rs. 15000-20000 + Food and Sharing Accommodation (salary negotiable based on expertise and experience)
